- Remove the old radio or landlines you're upgrading to StarLink, and provide one of the following: The SIM Card from the old radio; or, for radio brands w/o SIMs (Honeywell®, AES®, etc), supply a photo of the manufacturer, radio model, & serial no.ID; or, when replacing POTS/landlines - list the carrier name, and phone nos. being terminated, or for New Construction, indicate that in the Description of Application below; plus this completed Mail-in StarLink Upgrade Form within 30 days of activation, and SEND to NAPCO StarLink Radio Upgrade Promo, 333 Bayview Ave, Amityville, NY 11701 (Note: Only Mailed-in redemptions will be processed.
